Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of Found One Apparel

1. When will my order arrive?

As we produce your item by hand as you order it, please expect a minimum of 7-10 business days to receive your order (USA). Rest assured, as we grow our production, processing and shipping times should decrease. 

2. Do you offer payments? 

We offer a wide variety of payment options, and if approved, payments can be made via Shop Pay, PayPal, and more.

3. Do you ship internationally?

As we scale we have plans to expand to international shipping. However, at this time, we only ship within the United States. 

4. Do you do wholesale?

Boutiques, churches, and businesses with appropriate credentials will be considered. Contact us to discuss. We would love to partner with aligned businesses.

5. Do you do custom orders/designs?

No, we are an apparel brand and not available to produce alternate designs or personalization. 

6. Do you have a brick and mortar location? 

Found One Apparel is solely an e-commerce business until we feel God directing differently. If you would like to visit us in person, subscribe to our news email for information and dates of local pop up events. If you would like to have us as a your fair/market/event, please contact us

7. Can I get an item in a different color than shown? 

It is with much consideration, and availability of our chosen manufacturers, that we have chosen our pieces. Therefore, we’d love suggestions for future, but at this time we are set with what is offered currently.

8. Will you ever offer items larger than 2X?

This is something we are looking into as not all styles come larger than 2X from the manufacturer, and are usually an up-charge. However, if there is a particular style you’d like us to look into, please let us know. 

9. What is your return policy?

10. Are your items made through a print-on-demand service/company?

As of March 2024, we make each design by hand and work with a local screen printers and embroiders, if applicable. This ensures quality as we pick, make, and inspect each piece ourselves.

11. Can I place a rush order or switch to expedited shipping?

At this time, we make each piece as ordered as we grow and build our inventory. However, please send us your request and we will reply with availability of merchandise, our current production time and options, if any, for expedited shipping. Please note: rush fees may be applied. 

12. Do you support any worthy causes?

At this time (May 2024), we are donating a one-to-one shirt purchase that gives local charities our items to help clothe people in need. We also choose to give a portion of our proceeds to local faith organizations (tithe). 

13. Can you send my order as a gift to a different location without price info?

Yes! Just contact us to make your request. If you’d like us to include a gift receipt, we can do that as well. 

14. Are you just a t-shirt company or will you ever have different items? 

Although we started with hoodies and short sleeve t-shirts, we are constantly testing and evolving. We have plans to include outerwear and hats soon. Keep coming back to see what’s new!
